- Please note: NO RETURNS ON ANY PERSONALIZED ITEMS
- All other returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt
- We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s) once product is received
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been worn and show signs of wear
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
