If you are not satisfied with any products you have purchased please email us at sales@mayajnyc.com for a RA number with your name, order number and reason for return.

Shipping Policy 
  • We currently only ship within the US. Our apologizes if this is an inconvenience for you. 
  • You will be notified once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please use an active email address to get regular updates on your order. 
Return Policy
  • Please note: NO RETURNS ON ANY PERSONALIZED ITEMS 
  • All other returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt
  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s) once product is received
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been worn and show signs of wear
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Buyer must pay for return shipping cost
